unable to log in to meta7 once3 more

after i purchased my multylicence
i was unable to connect to meta7, you directed me to create a custom login because of the changes from open grid to meta7.
everything was fine till today when i tried to log into meta7 and i received the following error:
"you have been banned from this service, if you feel its in error please contact customer service"
whats up now?
why have i been banned from contacting meta7?
