Cannot log in to SL with Stored Inventory

I have not been able to log into Second Life for at least a couple of weeks with Stored Inventory.
I get an error that says "the simulator may be down - it refuses to establish a UDP connection"; I've tried logging in to 2 different regions at intervals of several days, with the same (non-)results. Help??

I sent you a notecard in sl with the log info that you requested. Hope we can get this figured out! I have no trouble logging in to 3rd Rock Grid - just Second Life.

I am having the same problem logging into second life with Stored Inventory...I can get in occassionally but it takes a lot of tries and I recieve the same error...simulator must be down...but I can then go into second life with no problem...any suggestions?

we answered at the inquire you sent by our web site about the proxy, you can change the configuraton by Preferences -> Network -> Proxy Settings.
