Possible Solutions:
Change the region where to Login
Try to login with the regular viewer to see if it is a real simulator issue
It could be necessary to contact the Sim's Administrator in order to restart the Simulator.
The server log looks fine to me but im very confused about the switched IP by SecondInventory:
started to log in to 192.168.1.21 but later awaits a respond from a different subnet (192.168.0.21)
Unfortunately I can't install SI on the server machine for a localhost connection because the computer binding of the license
