SI Website - Add Avatars

Adding Avatars to Multi Avatar license. When I enter the Avatar's name, prompted to Verify. The dialog box responds that it is using an "Offline Database" to find the avatar UID. The Avatar UID is not found and I am not allowed to add the avatar.

The Avatar name is a valid SL account created on 01.01.2009. Why are avatar UID's not gathered in real time from the SL servers?

Don't worry just contact me or Nereo Albatros or Zoya Voom inworld in order to verify your uuid and we'll add your alt by hand.

I'm moving this issue to the proper section due it isn't a bug.
